Owl Nebula
The Owl Nebula is a planetary nebula located in the Big Dipper constellation. It is a sun about the size of our sun that has burned through all of it's hydrogen and blown off its outer layers as a last gasp. In the process new elements (He, O, Si) have been formed. This nebula is about 1 light year across and is locate about 2600 light years from earth.
